By using the software and services provided by Best Polity LLC, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services Provided
Best Polity LLC offers digital products and virtual office services, including:
Tap-Flow-Mail: A specialized Gmail interface for accessibility.
Revenue-Curator-Pro: A document management and CRM platform for trade professionals.
Virtual Office Services: Automated physical mail delivery via third-party providers (e.g., Lob.com) and basic sales tracking for tax preparation assistance.
2. Payment & Billing
Processing: All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Pay What You Want (PWYW): Users of Tap-Flow-Mail may choose their contribution amount. These are one-time payments to support software development.
Pay-Per-Document: Users of Revenue-Curator-Pro are charged on a per-unit basis for each document generated or mailed. Credits are deducted or charged at the time of service.
3. Third-Party Integrations
Our services rely on integrations with third-party platforms, including Google (Gmail) and Lob.com. While we strive for seamless connectivity, Best Polity LLC is not responsible for service interruptions, delivery delays, or technical failures caused by these external providers.
4. Limitation of Liability
All software and advice are provided "as is." Best Polity LLC is not liable for any consequential damages, lost revenue, or data loss resulting from the use of our systems. It is the user's responsibility to verify the accuracy of all financial documents (invoices/quotes) and tax tracking data generated through our platform.
5. Compliance & Use
Users agree not to use our services for any fraudulent or illegal activity. For Revenue-Curator-Pro, users are responsible for the content of all physical mail sent through our automated systems.
