Refund Policy

At Best Polity LLC, we strive to provide high-quality accessibility and productivity tools. Because our products are digital and often involve immediate third-party costs (such as physical mail delivery), our refund policy is as follows:
1. Tap-Flow-Mail (Pay What You Want)
Contributions made through our "Pay What You Want" model are voluntary payments to support the ongoing development of accessibility tools for the disabled community. All contributions are non-refundable. ### 2. Revenue-Curator-Pro (Pay Per Document)
Digital Generation: Once a document (Quote, Invoice, or Receipt) has been generated and delivered to your account, the transaction is considered final.
Physical Mail (Lob.com): For services involving physical mail delivery, once the order is sent to our print partner, we cannot issue a refund for the postage or handling costs.
Technical Errors: If a technical failure on our end prevents a document from being generated or mailed correctly, we will issue a credit to your account for a replacement document at no additional cost.
3. Disputes
If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us immediately at support@bestpolity.com before initiating a formal dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving all concerns amicably.
